This podcast is aimed at having conversations with people from across all aspects of life during these crazy times we are living in. While the conversations are going to be focused around people's unique jobs, hobbies, leisure activities and personal experiences it is hard to imagine that the topic of the current pandemic will not be mentioned. If you are interested in being part of the conversation feel free to email me, Sam Denning, at soyoholdings@gmail.com.

In this weeks episode we are joined by Brian Cox, a long time friend of mine who is currently living in Connecticut. Brian grew up in Huntington, WV and we went to middle school and high school together. Our paths crossed again after college while we were both living back home and working - trying to figure ourselves out. Brian has worked at a steel mill, owned a brewery and has worked construction, among many other things. He truly is one of the most down to earth and intelligent people I know. I call on him for normalcy in my life. Listen as Brian and I discuss how the pandemic may be having lasting, devastating effects on the restaurant industry and buffets specifically.

@denrock : Brazilian style is the best. I’ve never been to WV but I’m guessing if there is one there it’s probably like the one in Bridesmaids that made everyone shut their pants.
